Overview
These terms cover your use of Toggle, the social media planning app made by Glas Labs, LLC ("we", "us"), on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro, and the Toggle server that syncs and publishes for it. By using Toggle you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account and in the teams you own or join. You must be old enough to use the social platforms you connect, and at least 13, or older where the law of your country sets a higher age for using online services on your own (up to 16 in some EU countries).
Connected platforms
Toggle connects to X, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Bluesky only when you authorize it, and acts only on your behalf: it publishes the posts you schedule, at the time you choose, and reads what it needs to show the connected account and how your posts performed. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's own terms, and you must follow them. You can disconnect a channel in Toggle or revoke access in the platform's settings at any time.
Your content
You own the posts, captions, images and videos you put in Toggle. You give us permission to store, process and send them to the platforms you choose, only to run Toggle for you and your team. You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish and for keeping it within each platform's rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use Toggle to spam, impersonate others, post unlawful content, get around a platform's limits, or interfere with the service or other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through the App Store and renew until you cancel in your Apple account settings. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
The assistant
Toggle's assistant uses AI, provided by Anthropic, to suggest captions and plans. Its suggestions can be wrong; review them before you publish.
Availability and liability
We work to publish every post on time, but platforms change their APIs, reject posts and go down, so Toggle is provided "as is" without warranties, and we can't guarantee that every post publishes. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can delete your account in Toggle's settings at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
